Family Planning/Contraception

We provide a confidential family planning/contraception service in all our normal surgeries.  We have GP's and nurses trained in this area, in particular, Tracey, our practice nurse who leads on contraception and is available Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.

A walk in provision for emergency contraception is available through the nursing service. 

A number of our GP's are trained to fit contraceptive coils and implants.

Our maternity service consists of initial contact with a GP and further care with our midwives.  Clinics are undertaken twice a week at the practice.
