Reception and Admin Team

 Our receptionists, pictured here 

 with their supervisor Barbara, have a

 vital, but difficult task as the link

 between the patients and the doctors

 trying to keep both sides happy.  Anyone

 who watches them on a Monday morning

 will realise the difficulties involved, and

 still they keep smiling! 

                             Our IM&T Support Administrator, 

                             Kelly, ensures all of our equipment runs

                             efficiently, and continually strives to

                             harness new IT developments.

                             Our Medical Secretary, Jane, provides a

                             full typing service to all of our GPs and    

                             acts as the link for patients for all

                             referrals, access to record requests

                             and private fee work.
