Tracey Worley

Our Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice including human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment, and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.


Our Data Quality and Systems Administrator, Neala, supports our data quality team, and works with the GPs in the areas of QOF, audit, template design and ongoing read coding. She continually strives to harness new IT developments.

Our Medical Secretaries, Sam and Kate, provide a  full typing service to all of our GPs and acts as the link for patients for all referrals, access to record requests and private fee work.

Our Office Supervisor, Barbara, is responsible for the supervision of reception staff, their roles, positions, and ensuring adequate staffing levels, as well as the smooth running of the office environment. Also responsible for the appointment system and she is the main link between the practice and PCSE for patient registrations and the movement of medical records.

Our reception team have a vital but difficult task as the link between the patients and the doctors signposting patients to the right clinician and trying to keep both sides happy. Anyone who watches them on a Monday morning will realise the difficulties involved, and still they keep smiling!
